truck decorating

Bring  decorations to help decorate the truck.. You can purchase decorations, Garland, bows, etc...from the 99 cents store or from Walmart or Target. Remember that they will all be thrown away at the end of the parade.

There will be hot chocolate and a cookie exchange after the parade.
 

Belmont Shore Christmas Parade

For the parade, please plan to meet at the Belmont Shore Pool no later than 5:30pm (4000 Olympic Plaza Dr. off of Ocean Blvd and Bennet Ave.). We will be walking to the truck location promptly at 6:00pm. Wear Class A uniform, a warm jacket, gloves, and a Santa Hat. You must turn in a signed waiver for your cub to participate in the parade.
 
Don’t forget your cookies! There will be a Pack cookie exchange after the parade. The Pack will provide the hot chocolate. Each family is to bring 1-2 dozen cookies. We will enjoy them after the parade and whatever we don't eat we will swap and take home!

Note: there are no restrooms available once we start walking to the truck, so have your cub go beforehand.
 

Please note: All cubs must have turned in a parent release form.  If you have not, you can download this attachment and bring it to the truck decorating

midway money

Last January I told my son Jonathan that he would have to pay for the Midway, the cost is $85 per person. He started collecting cans and bottles from neighbors and family. I am proud to let you know that he has raised all the money for his ticket as well as mine. That is $170 in nine months. I am letting you know this, not to brag, but to encourage you.  It is not too late, ask around I am sure you have neighbors that will help you raise money for a scout trip.

Pack 134 boys will be selling Popcorn at two locations on this day. The first location is ALBERTSON'S on Spring & Palo Verde.  The second location is Trader Joe's on Bellflower and Stearns.
