Committe Elections

What is the plan to open this up to everyone and give everyone the opportunity to vote for the positions.  If someone cant make it that night, do they not get a vote?  We all have many activities going on and can't be in 2 places at once, what is the plan?

How have we done this in the past? I didn't see anything regarding absentee voting in the Pack Guideline. I don't remember any form of absentee voting in past meetings or elections. That's not to say that we can't start now, or that it's not important.

This is only the 2nd pack wide election, the other was last sept.  I think to make it fair to all so everyone can have a vote we need a way to it so everyone has the opportunity to vote.  We all have many activities outside of cub scouts and we need to respect that.
